Nicole Carp is a registered yoga teacher with over 900 hours of certified training, specializing in Traditional Hatha Yoga and Vedanta philosophy. Her background includes years of dedicated study, immersive retreats, and advanced training programs that form the foundation of her knowledgeable and grounded approach.
Nicole’s teaching style is warm, supportive, and steady. She gently guides students to soften, release, and deepen into the practice—encouraging the body to “give” naturally as breath and movement align. With a strong focus on safe and intelligent alignment, she helps students explore beyond their perceived limitations, enhancing strength and mobility while preventing injury.
In recent years, Nicole has begun curating intimate retreats—from small groups to personalized one-on-one experiences—designed to reconnect you with nature, joy, and inner balance. Each retreat is thoughtfully crafted in collaboration with beautiful venues and exceptional teachers, creating a nurturing space for rest, transformation, and meaningful moments.
