Sessions take place in calm coastal or river environments near Ericeira, one of Portugal’s most beautiful ocean destinations.

Ocean & River SUP Yoga Experience

SUP Yoga is a unique and enjoyable way to practice yoga in direct contact with nature.

The experience combines:

• Outdoor movement
• Time in the water
• Traditional yoga practice
• Balance and core activation

Unlike practicing on a mat, the paddleboard adds a playful element of instability, gently challenging your body to engage deeper muscles while staying relaxed and focused.

The result is an invigorating practice that strengthens both body and mind.

Can include an introduction session to Stand Up Paddle Boarding as an optional extension of 1hr.

Minimum: 6 participants 

Price: 50 € per person

What to Expect

Each SUP Yoga session may include:

• Introduction to stand-up paddle boarding
• Balance and paddling basics
• Gentle warm-up and yoga flow on the board
• Breathwork and relaxation on the water

For those new to paddle boarding, an optional 1-hour introduction session can be included before the yoga practice.

What is the role of the Yoga Instructor?

Your SUP Yoga session will be supervised throughout by one of our instructors, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience that is accessible to everyone.

The Yoga instructor provides guidance, safety and instruction throughout your session.

Your Yoga instructor is also an experienced SUP boarder, and can teach you how to safely handle a Stand Up Paddle Board if it is your first time, and you wish to stay on after the Yoga session.

Whether you are a beginner to yoga, or to SUPing, you will have the opportunity to relax safely in the sheltered, natural environment of a river or Ocean bay and to connect with the natural elements in the best of company!

Paddle Board, Wetsuit and Insurance are provided.

Discover Ericeira with the best professionals who will be pleased to introduce you to the best spots to Stand Up Paddleboarding and SUP Yoga.

We organise a pick up/drop off spot for your group and take you directly to the chosen scenic SUP location, which will naturally depend on changing tides and weather conditions for the day.

What is the difference between SUP Yoga and Liquid Balance

Liquid Balance combines the tranquility of yoga and the power of fitness with the excitement of balancing on water. Engage your core strength, find your center and embrace the movement of the water beneath as you flow through postures on a paddleboard.
