What is SUP Yoga?
Stand Up Paddle Yoga combines traditional yoga practice with paddle boarding, creating a balanced and engaging experience on the water.

Sessions take place on a stable floating platform made of 8 connected paddleboards.

Sessions take place on individual boards using a weight-based anchoring system.
This allows practice in open water environments, including ocean, river, or sheltered bay areas (such as south-facing beaches), depending on conditions.
