With over a decade of dedicated yoga practice, his passion lies in Planetary Health—a holistic vision that supports both human well-being and the vitality of our planet.

He teaches yoga, meditation, and breathwork, and also leads nature tours and community projects focused on environmental education, local culture, and ocean literacy in collaboration with local schools and organisations.
Sound Healing Facilitator & Vibrational Therapy PractitionerJosé Guerra
José Guerra offers immersive sound healing experiences designed to create moments of deep inner exploration, relaxation, and connection. With training in body movement, physical activity, sound therapy (including sound massage and gongs), Ki astrology, Reiki, Chi Kung, meditation, image, and photography, he brings a holistic and intuitive approach to wellbeing.
Through sacred sounds, vibration, movement, imagery, and mindful sharing, José guides participants into states of harmony and renewal. Rooted in ancient traditions, sound healing draws on the understanding that we live in a universe of vibration, where everything we feel, see, and touch is energy in motion. Through these frequencies, the body and mind can return to balance, clarity, and inner peace.
